We all know the movie Zootopia of disney that features a police rabbit and her sidekick fox solving a series of missing mammals and saving the whole city. Zootopia is an animated movie that serves as a lesson for kids not to stereotype and generalize.

The two protagonist there named are Judy Hopps (Police Rabbit) and Nick Wilde (Sidekick Fox).

And for now, I'm going to show you how to make Nick Wilde's fox ears and tail!

You can use this guide for Halloween or future costume/cosplay adventure you'll have.

Let's begin!

What you need:

1/2 yard Brown Fur Cloth

White Felt Cloth

Cotton

Needle & Thread

Garter

Scissors

Marker

First step is turn the fur cloth upside down and fold it into half.

Make sure to pin the end sides so it won't move away from the alignment.

Use the marker to draw your desired tail form/shape.

Cut the shape you made and sew it together.

Make sure you don't sew it all, then turn it inside out.

Stuff it with the cotton.

Close the end by cutting a circle from the scrap/left over pieces of cloth.

Sew two garter on it.

Make sure the garter is tight enough to hold your belt.

End results

For the ears:

What you need:

Scrap/Left over fur cloth

White felt cloth

Headband or Clips

Glue gun

Scissors

Marker

First turn the scrap cloth upside down

Draw triangle shapes with the marker.

Cut the shapes.

Now draw smaller triangles on the white felt cloth.

Cut the triangles and put it on top of the upside down fur cloth triangles. Fold the sides of the fur and sew it on the sides of the felt.

Sew all of the sides, even the bottom. Once done, used glue gun to make the bottom stick on a clip or headband.

End Result:

I hope this guide will help you make your Nick Wilde Ears and Tail!

Have fun cosplaying!

Good luck~!
